Technology Resources
Technology Lab/Equipment
Bowie State University's technology lab is located in the basement of Thurgood G. Marshall Library
building. The technology lab has computers available for your use and a staff that will assist you
with computer problems. In addition, the staff can assist you with the computer technology available
in each classroom on campus.
The Technology Lab can also provide you with your user ID and password for the BSU system,
establish your BSU email account, process your network connectivity request form, etc. Your
system ID and password should be mailed to you once you are registered.

obtaining one.
Each classroom in the Center for Learning and Technology and many of the other classrooms on
campus have audio visual equipment that you can use. Types of equipment include computer, down
screen, overhead projector, VCR/DVD-CD Drive, speakers, etc. You must have a user ID to use
the classroom equipment.
HRD Resources
The HRD department has a variety of videos, DVDs, and books on HRD topics, which are made
available for your use. You may obtain these videos from the library. Also, The Office of Media
Operations has a library of videos for your use.
