symbolizing the inheritance of the historical context
of the old Taipei West District, it is also a milestone
to reproduce Taipei's local culture and to present
flavor of Taiwan. Taipei's park and plaza is no longer
simply a living space for citizens to enjoy leisure
and recreation, it’s also a space field that records the
history and development of Taipei.
