Focus on faster run pace pursuing a tossed ball
Sample Activity
Run to a tossed ball and catch at waist
Run to a tossed ball and execute a forearm pass
Split step to stop or run thru with control
Backpedal keeping shoulders forward, then execute an overhead
pass or a forearm pass
Run to a tossed ball, stop with head under the ball, and catch
Proceed to an overhead set

Slight forward lean with shoulders when

Faster arm swing-straight forward/back
The passing platform is under the ball when
passing; keep running while executing the
