Sample Activity
Bunny hops incorporating arms and legs
Jump straight up in the air, over elastic or a small cone, using the arms to assist in the jump
motion, landing softly with weight evenly distributed, absorb body weight by bending ankles and
knees
Jump in the air, turn 45-90-180 degrees- land softly flexing knees and hips, the athlete will turn
both left and right
Using a two-foot jump, the athlete will jump as high as possible. Options are to hop then jump, or
shuffle the jump.
