Sample Activity



           Bunny hops incorporating arms and legs
           Jump straight up in the air, over elastic or a small cone, using the arms to assist in the jump
            motion, landing softly with weight evenly distributed, absorb body weight by bending ankles and
            knees

           Jump in the air, turn 45-90-180 degrees- land softly flexing knees and hips, the athlete will turn
            both left and right

           Using a two-foot jump, the athlete will jump as high as possible. Options are to hop then jump, or
            shuffle the jump.

                                   Use arms to assist in the jump

                                   Bend knees and drop hips
                                   Coordinate  upper  and  lower  body

                                     in the upward movement
