Checklist


                              Move  to  a  tossed  ball  so  forehead
                                 under the ball

                              Feet  are  stopped,  preferably  in  a
                                 staggered  foot  position  (one  foot  in

                                 front  of  the  other  foot),  with  the  right
                                 foot forward

                              The  last  two  steps  before  ball  contact
                                 are in a Left foot/Right foot sequence

                              Squares hips to the target area

                              Hands  are  shaped  to  the  ball,  fingers
                                 comfortably  spread,  wrists  are  relaxed
                                 and flexed

                              Push  through  the  ball  with  full  arm
                                 extension

                              Weight transfer from back to front
