Move to a tossed ball so forehead
under the ball
Feet are stopped, preferably in a
staggered foot position (one foot in
front of the other foot), with the right
foot forward
The last two steps before ball contact
are in a Left foot/Right foot sequence
Squares hips to the target area
Hands are shaped to the ball, fingers
comfortably spread, wrists are relaxed
and flexed
Push through the ball with full arm
extension
Weight transfer from back to front
