6.1.   In the event of you, or the Company, electing to terminate your services, the notice period is as follows:

                  •  Sales Staff:              48 (forty-eight) hours with 1 (One) month salary payable

                  •  Payroll & HR staff:       2 (Two) calendar months
                  •  Development Staff:        3 (Three) calendar months
                  •  All other staff:          1 (One) calendar months
                  However, your contract may be terminated without notice for any cause recognised by law. Should you

                  wish to resign from the Company, you must do so in writing to your immediate manager.

           6.2.   In the event of you electing to terminate your services with the first 12 months of receiving your permanent
                  contract and recruitment agencies were utilised, you will be liable to pay the portion of the agency fee for
                  the remainder of the 12 months not worked.





            7.1.   This agreement can only be amended in writing, subject to the right of the Company from time to time to
                   introduce conditions of employment or to effect changes to policies and procedures in consultation with
                   you.


              7.2.   You are required to notify the Company of any change of your address or telephone number, or in your
                   marital or family status.


            7.3.   You agree to subject yourself, your personal belongings and vehicle on the Company premises to any

                   reasonable search upon request by management or its duly appointed agents, or if required at a client's
                   premises.


            7.4.    The Company will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings, and it is your duty
                   to safeguard such items by securing them in a safe place.

            7.5.   If you are issued with Company clothing, you must wear it during working hours.  You are required to

                   ensure that your clothing is always clean and well cared for, and will be required to replace any items that
                   you misplace or damage, at cost.
