7.6.   As company standard practice, you may be requested to undertake a Polygraph Test upon issue of a
                     contract of employment.  Should the polygraph test results not be to our satisfaction in line with our terms
                     and conditions of your contract of employment and with South African law, your services will be terminated

                     with immediate effect.























           Termination of service may occur:

           8.1.   By either party giving written notice in terms of paragraph 8 above.

           8.2.   By management at any time or for any reason recognised in law and|or the Company’s disciplinary code

                  and procedure provided that the procedure must be applied in the event of any termination of the contract
                  for disciplinary reasons.


           8.3.   A fair procedure shall be applied in all cases of possible dismissal for gross breaches of the disciplinary
                  procedure, misconduct or incompetence, unless it is not reasonably possible due to specific circumstances.


              8.4.    It is a condition of service that you are in good health in order to perform your duties efficiently.
                  Therefore, you accept that Management reserves the right to terminate this contract in whatever
                  manner is deemed fair under the relevant circumstances should:
                  •  Any report by a medical practitioner show that you are not healthy or fit to perform your allocated

                      duties in terms of this contract for incapacity, or
                  •  Any contagious illness that you may contract give cause to unrest amongst fellow employees or impede
                      the Company’s business.
