9.1.   Employees must be in possession of an appropriate driver's license before they may operate any
                   Company vehicle.

            9.2.   Should an employee commit any traffic offence or damage a Company vehicle because of unreasonable,

                   unsafe, or negligent driving behaviour, the Company reserves the right to recover all such fines or repair
                   costs or excess costs from the individual.

              9.3.   An employee who has been allocated a Company vehicle with which to perform Company business shall
                   be responsible for the complete care of the vehicle.  This includes the daily inspection before leaving on

                   collections  or  deliveries,  servicing  at  Company  cost  to  manufacturer's  specification  where  necessary,
                   weekly cleaning at Company cost, mechanical condition, and security of the vehicle and its contents.


            9.4.   Except in the case of an emergency, no unauthorised person or non-employee may operate a Company
                   vehicle.  Company vehicles may not be used for private purposes, be loaned out, or be misused in any

                   manner.  No non-Company employees, including friends, or non-authorised persons (hitch-hikers) may ride
                   in a vehicle without prior permission from Management.
                   Should the above instruction be ignored, the Company reserves the right to remove the privilege of driving
                   the Company vehicle from the employee, and recover the costs of any losses or damages suffered.



            9.5.   All drivers who have a driver’s license for less than 2 years or are under 25 will be liable to pay an additional
                   insurance excess fee in the event of any insurance claims against the vehicle whilst you are making use of
                   the vehicle.
