LEARNER EXPERIENCE

         THE TRAINING & LEARNING COMPANY

         MANAGING YOUR TALENT

Talent Management has evolved over the past few decades and our employers are utilising the Apprenticeship
model as an opportunity to develop you to create internal succession plans to achieve their overall business
         objectives.

In partnership with our employers we have created the most innovative approaches to managing talent generating
internal development opportunities for you as the apprentice on a programme. The Apprenticeship makes it possible
for you to learn new skills and competencies required by your organisation on and off the job.

This responsive training programme is designed to offer you learning opportunities across a spectrum of subjects and
addresses skills such as interpersonal skill and self awareness behaviour as well as functional skill and knowledge in
         specific subjects.

This talent on demand approach gives your employer a way to manage their talent needs closely aligned to the
Apprenticeship delivery plan, which in turn balances the interest of them as the employer and you as the Apprentice
in a way to increase the level of skill across the organisation.

In order for you to achieve your potential our mission is simple, we provide you with the training and development
support, advice and guidance you require to achieve your qualification and improve your knowledge, skill and
behaviour. This will allow you to promote your talent for career progression and progress onto a higher qualification.

         PORTFOLIOS AND EVIDENCE

Please note that throughout the duration of your programme you will generate evidence (electronically or paper
based). Our due diligence policy in relation to GDPR specifies that we destroy all confidential documents used to
achieve the qualification. On completion of your End Point Assessment all evidence will be destroyed unless you
         specify otherwise.

         APPRENTICESHIP PROGRESSION

Throughout the time you are working towards your qualification you will measure and track your progress against the
key performance indicators (KPI’s) for the relevant apprenticeship programme.

You can retain records either electronically or paper based and with your trainer you will create a record of what
you have experienced and learnt whilst working towards your qualification demonstrating how you have proved that
you can reach the National Standards required.

Listed below is some of the evidence you could use:

         • On-the-job observations by your trainer.
         • Product evidence that you have produced in your work environment.
         • Personal Statements about what you currently achieve in your role.
         • Witness testimonies written by your line manager on your performance at work.
         • Questioning or discussions with your trainer about things you have done at work.
         • Reflective accounts or journals evidencing examples of what you have achieved or been involved with in your role.

                                                                                             The Training & Learning Company
