LEARNER EXPERIENCE

         THE TRAINING & LEARNING COMPANY

         PROGRAMME LAUNCH AND INDUCTION

During this session your trainer will discuss your expected commitment to the programme, you will complete and sign a
commitment statement agreeing to the expectations. Following the launch at your first assessment session you will complete
an Individual Learning Plan with your trainer, allowing us insight into your individual learning style and your development
goals. Plans will be addressed to initially assess your skills, knowledge and behaviours at the start of the programme to
monitor the distance you travel in terms of development improvement by the end of the Apprenticeship.

Within the first 12 weeks of your programme you will be required to complete functional skills in Maths and English at level
2, this is a mandatory requirement of the apprenticeship programme unless proxy equivalents are provided. Please note that
proxy certificates must be provided to your trainer within 4 weeks of your start date, failure to provide the relevant certificate
will result in completing the functional skills with your trainer.

         PROGRESSION MONITORING

During the time you are working towards your Apprenticeship you will be able to track your progression with your trainer
against key performance indicators ( KPI's ) aligned with the Apprenticeship Delivery Plan and Apprenticeship Curriculum.

You will be able to retain records of your learning either electronically or paper based and your trainer will create an audit
trail of how you have demonstrated your development in line with the national occupational standards.

Evidence of your development will be documented on a Progress Review every time you demonstrate a competence and
       this can include:

       - On the job observations by your trainer or manager
       - Work Product that you have developed (i.e. Projects )
       - Reflective accounts evidencing examples of what you have achieved or been involved with in your role
       - Discussions on related subjects with your trainer
       - Question and Answer sessions on related subjects with your trainer

         PORTFOLIOS AND EVIDENCE

In line with GDPR all evidence you produce throughout the duration of your Apprenticeship programme will be destroyed
unless you specify otherwise in writing to your trainer at your induction.
