Tại sao nó lại xuất hiện? Vì nó được bộ não ghi nhớ. Bộ não ghi nhớ
nó theo cách nào? Suốt bao năm qua biết bao lần bạn cầm chuối, ăn
chuối, có khi… trượt vỏ chuối nên ý tưởng về một thứ “dài dài, vàng
vàng, sờ mềm mềm” được liên kết mạnh mẽ với từ “quả chuối.”
Trong trường hợp bạn là người Anh thì ngược lại, ý tưởng về một thứ
“long long, soft soft, yellow yellow” liên kết mạnh mẽ với “banana”.
Why does the word “banana” appear? Because the brain has
memorized it. How does the brain memorize it? After many years of
picking the banana, eating the banana, and sometimes slipping on a
banana peel… an idea about something “long-shaped, yellow colored
and soft to the touch” has become strongly connected to the word
“banana”. If your mother language is not English, that idea will link to
a different word.
