        VIA Talks, where we create a new platform for leaders to share their insights, both professional and
        personal. VIA Talks puts a signature on ideas that promote growth, thus developing SPi Global’s own
        thought leaders.


        Infinity Awards. Now on its third year, the Infinity Awards continues to be a true value creator for
        SPi Global. This time, however, we have amped up the program by only accepting entries that have
        the potential of generating new revenue lines for the organization. As usual, the creativity of
        employees never cease to amaze us.

        GP-based VIP Awards Matrix, where we ensure financially sound performance recognition, based on
        internal equity, by acknowledging each team’s gross productivity as basis for the Variable Incentive
        Program.


        Global Payroll Review and Approval, where we establish a standard framework for global payroll review
        and approval, including the Philippines, the US, Nicaragua, Vietnam, and China. While some processes for
        specific countries remain partial, full global payroll processing is not far from reality. This is operational
        efficiency at its best.
