Music gives soul to the Universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life
to everything. World Music Day or Fete De La Musique is an annual celebration of
music.
This year, Std IX students of SSRVM Bangalore North organised an online musical
programme. Students talked about their favourite musical instrument and its history.
An enthralling and melodious afternoon where students sang, played instruments and
discussed how music has changed. Another activity called- Drawing a Song was held,
where children drew their favourite song. This celebration of music not only played a
vital role in the overall holistic development of the students but also created awareness
among the children about the importance of music in our life.
