What qualifications are required for the instructors? Instructors must be knowledgeable of the subject matter (Case Management) with at minimum 5 years of experience.
Why do they need this training? This comprehensive, web‐ based certification curriculum was developed in response to the Head Start Program Performance Standard §1302.91.

Training Audience A program must ensure staff who work directly with families on the family partnership process hired after North Carolina November 7, 2016, have within Community Action eighteen months of hire, at a minimum, Agencies a credential or certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling or a related field.
