               Course Description
               Six Sigma Yellow Belt (Business Process Reengineering) is aimed to focus on business
               processes re‐engineering teams that uncover operational efficiencies and dynamic synergies that
               leverage capabilities and improve performance. The model is built around customer/client centric
               processes that render significant business value. In the course, learners will increase their
               knowledge of process mapping and the DMAIC framework to develop strategies to implement in
               their own business processes.
               Learning Objectives:

               At the end of this training session, participants will be able to:

                     Outline the aspects of Six Sigma and identify process improvement techniques.
                     Recognize the key elements of the DMAIC Framework.
                     Demonstrate how business process mapping is performed in an organization.

               Target Audience:

               Participants were identified as a part of the needs assessment stage. They consist of key
               stakeholders in the information technology and processing areas of the institution.

               Learning Style Analysis:

               Because this is a face-to-face training event, we will operationalize all of the major learning
               styles (visual, written, and kinesthetic)
