Why do they need this training? This comprehensive, web‐ based certification curriculum was developed to offer Community Action Agencies certifications within the scope of work of America's poverty fighting network.

Training Audience A program must ensure staff who work directly with the Southeastern Association of Community Action North Carolina Agencies have a credential or Community Action certification in executive leadership, Agencies human resources/services, finance, or a related field.
