What type of equipment will be needed to teach this learning event? This course will require a technology‐enabled room for the instructor to present the learning materials.
What type of training facility will be needed to do this training effectively? The training facility must include a large space (due to COVID restrictions) for a minimum of 6 feet separation between learners. The facility must also be technology‐ enabled for learners to view the presentation provided.
What qualifications are required for the instructors? Instructors must be knowledgeable of the subject matter and must maintain the Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Why do they need this training? This in‐person training session will be directed towards the university staff to introduce lean six sigma methodologies and process reengineering techniques for HBCUs.
What type of training do they need? The South Carolina State University (SCSU) staff who work within the university critical processes require a comprehensive training and curriculum to understand the analysis of business processes and how to develop strategies to improve these processes within the university.
