DISTRICT 20-K1 CLUB POINTS CONTEST
The Club Points Contest is unique to our District.
Each Club is NOT AUTOMATICALLY ENTERED INTO THE POINT SYSTEM.
To ENTER, your Club must select a CLUB POINTS CONTEST CHAIRPERSON and
SUBMIT ALL INFORMATION WITH YOUR CLUB’s NAME TO THE DISTRICT CLUB
POINTS COMMITTEE.
At the Club level, the Contest Chair is advised to collaborate with the Secretary and
Service Chair to gather the information needed for the Club Points Contest Chart.
The chart displays units ranging from 10 -100 and units are assigned to 64 possible
Club activities. Charts will be emailed to Clubs shortly.
The Club Points Chair can engage members by preparing a simple graph displaying
the progress and goal of members’ activities ranging from 1,000 points to 4,000
points. This activity is guaranteed to get members excited and motivated to
participate in the service. A maximum of four reports based on increments of 1,000
units is all that’s needed to be sent to the District’s Points Contest Committee within
the year. At the end of the year, Club Points will be tallied by the Committee, and
Clubs will receive the appropriate rewards.
