BUILDING INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS
Lion Dimple Willabus (President, First
Responders) met Past International Director
Zander DaSilva from Brazil at the 2022
International Convention in Alberta, Canada.
The PID and his family recently visited NYC
and were hosted by the First Responders Lions
Club, who saluted him for his outstanding
humanitarian service in Brazil. PID Zander is
the founder of GioAs Eye Bank, which has been
providing vision services to the community for

President Dimple Willabus, and Treasurer Andrew Walker
PID Zander was celebrated for serving 55
years as a Lion and his 85th birthday at a
special dinner in his honor. First Responders
recognized him with a congratulatory plaque
and a financial donation to subsidize his Eye
Bank.
