UNIVERSITY MISSION

 The Isabela State University is committed to develop highly trained and globally competent
professionals; generate innovative and highly cutting edge knowledge and technologies for
people empowerment and sustainable development, engage in viable resources generation
programs; and maintain and enhance stronger partnerships under good governance to
advance the interest of national an d international communities

COLLEGE OF NURSING MISSION

The ISU- College of Nursing, Echague Campus commits to:

1. Produce quality Nursing graduates who are professionally knowledgeable, globally competent,
and dedicated to serve.
2. Maintain and promote the health of an individual, family and community as well.

OBJECTIVES

The ISU – College of Nursing Aims to:

1. Provide quality education to nursing students and equip them with necessary skills and values in
the delivery of health care services.
2. Inculcate among students a solid foundation in humanistic, spiritual and moral values which will
serve as their guide when confronted with decisions on human life.
3. Produce graduates with good leadership qualities, self-discipline, and caring attitudes in applying
their nursing skills and serving man, his family and community.
4. To promote professional growth and advancement of nursing knowledge through research studies
and continuing education.
