• Complete visits will disappear from the rolling calendar once you sync. (After you sync you can view your visit
documentation in Medical Record section).
Coordination Notes (from visit note main menu)
• To add a new note:
o Select “Notes”
o Select “Add”
o From the “Type” drop down menu, choose the appropriate Coordination Note type (See separate tip
sheet for note types)
o Depending on the note type selected, either a note template or blank text box will display.
o Once you enter/edit note text, click on the top right menu (three dots) and select “save”.
• To view an existing note:
o Select “Notes”
o Tap on a specific note read the content
*** If a coordination note is written while in a visit, that visit
MUST be completed AND Sync’d for other clinicians to be able to
see it.
Adding Coordination Notes OUTSIDE of a Visit
• Menu
• Medical Records
• Find your patient, then click any Visit
• Either collapse “history” or swipe up to reveal “Features” section
• Click “Notes”
• Choose “Add”
• Choose the type of note that you want to write
• When finished either click save from the menu button OR press the back button and choose save.
Process for Entering Orders on Admission
• The system automatically sends orders entered during the admission visit to the Primary Physician.
• Orders are driven from data entry via the following fields: Diagnoses, Pathways, Vital Signs (if entering Parameters),
Client Meds, Plan of Care Supplies/DME, POC Development, Integumentary Command Center, and Client Calendar.
Supply Orders
• Supply categories must be included in the Physician Order (New Order) before supplies can be ordered.
• Supplies will be ordered via Parachutehealth.com (see Guide to Ordering from Parachute) for all patients.
• “Supplies Delivered” is an auto populated field from the Supply interface. Use only to confirm orders.
• NOTE: Supplies and DME needed before admission or urgently must be ordered via Contract Admin (OPS).
• Non-formulary supplies not found in Parachute should be requested by contacting Contract Admin DME
