Mr. Seno : "We'll review your suggestion and consider purchasing the book based on our
collection development policy. You'll receive an email notification about the status
of your request."
Part 2: ………………………………….
Khin : "I'm filling out the Book Suggestion/Purchase Form. What information do I need to
provide?"
Mr. Seno : "You'll need to provide the book title, author, publication details, and a brief
explanation of why you'd like the library to purchase it."
Khin : "Okay, got it. Do I need to attach anything else?"
Mr. Seno : "No, that's all we need. But if you have a syllabus or a reading list that includes the
book, that would be helpful to attach."
Part 3: ………………………………….
Khin : "I've completed the Book Suggestion/Purchase Form. How do I submit it?"
Mr. Seno : "You can submit it online through our website or drop it off at the circulation desk.
If you need help, I can show you where to submit it."
Khin : "Thank you! How long does it take to process?"
Mr. Seno : "We usually review the forms within a week or two. If we decide to purchase the
book, it'll take a few more weeks to arrive and be processed."
Part 4: ………………………………….
Khin : "I submitted a Book Suggestion/Purchase Form a few weeks ago. Can you check on
the status?"
Mr. Seno : "Let me check. (checks the system) Ah, yes! We've received your suggestion and
are considering it for purchase. We'll let you know soon."
Khin : "Great, thank you for letting me know! I really appreciate it."
