Mr. Haryadi : “No, not really. It feels strange, but I don’t have the urge to go.”
Ns. Ramlan : “That’s normal. Are you feeling any discomfort from the catheter moving or tugging at
all?”
Mr. Haryadi : “No, it’s been pretty stable. It only moves when I shift positions, but it’s not
uncomfortable.”
Ns. Ramlan : “I’m just going to clean the catheter site to make sure it stays infection-free, and I’ll
double-check that your hydration levels are good. Have you been drinking enough
water today?”
Mr. Haryadi : “I think so. I’ve been sipping water regularly.”
Ns. Ramlan : “That’s great! Staying hydrated is important. I’ll make sure everything else is in order.”
“Okay, Mr. Haryadi, everything looks great. No signs of infection, and the catheter is
working properly. If you notice any changes, like fever, discomfort, or changes in your
urine, please let us know immediately.”
Mr. Haryadi : “Thanks for checking in. I feel better knowing you’re keeping an eye on things.”
Ns. Ramlan : “You’re welcome.”
