2. The disaster response team will perform the following functions after it has been declared safe to
    do so by the Fire or Police Department:
         a. Evaluate the extent of damage to the critical information identified in this plan.
         b. Establish initial priorities for alternative means of processing critical information functions
             and recovering damaged critical information
         c. Document findings and recommendations
         d. Enlist the assistance of in-house staff and/or outside experts to assist in critical information
             recovery

          Bomb threat
          Resident abduction
