In the absence of the agency administrator, KATHLEEN BYNUM, the qualified staff member will ensure
that all areas of the facility and facility grounds that are related to care, are operational and safe for all
residents.

In the absence of the agency administrator, the following person has been appointed to handle all
operations at the agency.
