Serves: 5 You’ll love this simple homemade Greek chicken gyro rec-
ipe: pita wraps filled with yogurt-marinated chicken,
packed in the flavor of warm spices, with homemade tza-
tziki sauce and all the extras you love! Here we cook the
Greek chicken in a nonstick skillet, but you can also make
it on an outdoor grill or in the oven.
DINNER Chicken Gyro
THE MEDITERRANEAN REFRESH INGREDIENTS INSTRUCTIONS
FOR THE CHICKEN:
1. First, marinate the chicken. In a big mixing

3. To assemble the chicken gyros, warm up the

kosher salt you like. Squeeze the lemon over, wrap the pita up
