c. Quote Approval
i. INNIO will provide a list of MSA quotes (SEQ).

iii. SCM will take each quote and look up the forecasted service date on the “MRP Fulfillment” file.
If the service is taking place within the correct lead time, SCM will then start the process of
approving the quote
iv. SCM will open the parts tracker and create the bill of materials tab for that specific interval using
the latest annex. SCM will then compare the parts required against the quote INNIO provides.
1. If the part #s and qtys on the quote are correct, SCM will inform INNIO that quote is
approved.
a. Once INNIO receives approval, the quote will be converted into a SEC by INNIO.
b. SCM will note the SEQ and SEC numbers on the parts tracker and the “MRP
Fulfillment” file.
2. If there are discrepancies:
a. SCM will log them on the “GEJ MSA Discrepancies
d. MSA Fulfilment
