                                         iii.  If product has damage take pictures of all parts and store in a folder on
                                            SharePoint
                                         iv.  Open a service complaint with as much detailed information on the
                                            shipment that is available including PO, SEC, SED and SEI as well as
                                            upload all pictures into the case.
                                         b.  Once an SR is created send an email to the appropriate INNIO personal
                          c.  Receipt in parts in the “Receipts” section of ICS
                          d.  Check if this order is for a specific customer or for stock
                                  i.  Parts  for  orders  will  be  placed  with  that  specific  order  or  ship  to  customer
                                     depending on the parts manager has requested
                                  ii.  Stock orders will need to be placed away in specific bin locations as listed in ICS
                          e.  Incoming warranty parts
                                            i.  Process these as a normal incoming shipment
                                            ii.  Check shipment for damages
                                            iii.  Compare pack list versus parts received
                                            iv.  In ServiceNow check the customer and for a total parts list to
                                                compare against to see if all parts ordered were received or if some
                                                are backordered
                                            v.  Update the “SR LIST” file in SharePoint with parts received and
                                                email Service manager and parts team of what has arrived
                              5.    General overall cleanliness and safety of warehouse
                                     a.  Parts employees are always to maintain a clean and organized warehouse .
                                     b.  Keep aisles clear so that the forklift and carts can easily pass through to
                                         avoid tripping hazards
                                     c.  Clean any spills immediately
                                     d.  Use ladders to reach higher shelving and ask for any help when picking
                                         heavier items
