by the gold apex on the pyramid (the original apex of the Great Pyramid
in Egypt was made in gold).
The 13 Draco Prime reptilian seraphim alien families of the royal
bloodline and the Black Nobility (Draconian reptilian chimera aliens
incarnated in hybrid avatars) are generally called ‘blue blood’ from
ancient times. Why? This is due to the copper-based blue color of
Draconian blood. In the Draconian structure, each of the ruling families
receive an area of the Earth and/or a particular function to fulfill here.
These functions include global finance, military technology, mind-
control, religion, politics and media. Each of the ruling families has his
own Council of 13 as well.
The number 13 has great significance to them. They know that there
are 12 types of energies that pass through 10 aspects of God-Mind. The
totality of these 12 energies equals to a 13th energy. This is considered
the most powerful knowledge. The next layer is the second-in-
command families who work for the Pindar and the 13 ruling families.
While all of the ruling family members are shape-shifters, all members
of the 300 supporting families are not (the Committee of 300), also if
they have a high percentage of draconian DNA.
Ruling families have rhesus negative blood that is unnatural to
physics and Earth’s iron-based soil. The red blood is due to the iron
content in human blood. People with RH negative blood have multi-
layer DNA and carry characteristics from different Nephilim and
different species of alien chimeras over the original DNA. Therefore, it
is easier to cross-breed them.
Rhesus negative blood people often have: 1) extra vertebrae or ribs.
2) psychic abilities, 3) highest IQ than surrounding humans, 4) lower
body temperature than warmer-blooded human mammals, 5) mother’s
body immune system identifies an RH positive baby as an enemy
species, and can attacks and kills him, 6) more possibilities of alien
abduction, 7) a family member with some kind of mental illness like
schizophrenia.
Rhesus negative blood people are almost not found in Asia or Africa.
