But you may not make money by flying other people.
In recent years, the rules under EASA have been relaxed significantly. It is now
allowed to share costs for flights where the pilot and passengers have the same

However, you may fly anyone anywhere, as long as there is no form of
payment, directly or indirectly, in connection with the flight.
Here are the legal details:
§ 75. Regular air traffic for commercial purposes over Danish territory
requires permission from the Minister of Transport.
Section 2: Other commercial air traffic over the same area requires
permission from the minister, unless otherwise specified.
Section 3: Notwithstanding Section 2, air traffic for payment may be
conducted without permission if:
1. Only full or partial reimbursement of costs associated with the flight is
provided
2. The pilot and passengers have a close relationship through family or
friendship
and
3. The flight has not been advertised or publicly offered
Section 4: Notwithstanding Section 2, flying clubs, organized in national
unions or associations approved by the Minister of Transport, can perform
air traffic for payment without permission if:
1. The flight is part of sports or leisure flying activities within the club
2. Only full or partial reimbursement of the flight's costs is provided
and
3. The flights are not for transportation from one place to another.
