                Anyone (almost) can learn to fly unless health conditions prevent it.

                While you are a student, there are a number of requirements that must be met.

                Here are the key points:

                    • A flying student must not fly alone unless authorized to do so by a flight
                       instructor.

                    • A flying student must be at least 16 years old before their first solo flight.

                    • A flying student must not fly alone unless they hold a valid medical

                       certificate of Class 1 or Class 2 (Class 1 for commercial pilots, Class 2 for

                       private pilots).

                    • A flying student must not fly alone unless they hold a valid radio

                       certificate with an approved language proficiency endorsement.

                    • A flying student must not fly alone unless they possess sufficient
                       theoretical knowledge.
