                  -  Influence of stimulating or sedative substances

                  -  Or similar reasons, the person is in a condition where they are unable to
                      perform service on an aircraft in a fully safe manner.




                1.3.5.1     Penalties

                Violation of the alcohol concentration rule can result in a fine or imprisonment

                for up to 2 years.





                1.3.5.2     Flight performance

                An aircraft must be operated in such a way that the lives or property of others

                are not endangered.


                  -  The  aircraft  commander  must  ensure  that  other  air  traffic  is  not

                      unnecessarily hindered or disturbed.

                  -  The  aircraft  commander  must  ensure  that  the  flight  causes  as  little

                      inconvenience to the surroundings as possible.


                This is especially important when flying over built-up areas, recreational areas,

                and sensitive natural areas listed in BL 7-15 and shown on VFR flight charts.




                1.3.5.3    Documents relating to the aircraft that must be carried during flight

                     a. Registration certificate

                     b. Airworthiness  certificate and airworthiness  inspection certificate with

                       the accompanying flight manual


                     c. Logbook


                     d. Noise certificate

                     e. If there is a radio, permission from the Post and Telecommunications

                       Authority  to  establish  and  operate  the  radio,  and  the  associated

                       documents


                     f. List of procedures related to interception (see the list in the section on

                       interception)
