As I mentioned earlier, I pray in the order of the prayer
of flesh, prayer of the mind and prayer of the spirit. As the
prayer of the flesh would wind down, the prayer of the mind
would begin, and as it finished, I would pray the prayer of the
spirit. And as always has been the voice of the Holy Spirit
spoke and asked this question of me.
“David, what do you believe the glory of God is?”
“ … … … …”
“The Glory of God is you.”
The Holy Spirit seemed to have read my mind, and he
began to explain further. Then, he asked liked this:
“David, do you know when God is most delighted?”
I had figured that the answer to the Holy Spirit’s question
had been perfectly understood in my mind. It is not a tough
thing to know that God delights the most in a faithful and
diligent life-style, that strives for the kingdom of God and his
