The list will probably be blank!



                   So look at the reasons you can’t achieve your goal.  And relish the fact that
                   there are none!

                   Then, make a list of all the ways you will look, feel, and act when you have
                   achieved your goal.

                   Describe the clothes you will wear when you are thinner.  Describe the feel,
                   look, and smell of the new car you will drive when you achieve your sales
                   goal.  Go into great detail so you can better picture yourself achieving your
                   goal.

                   Finally, list brief, present-tense affirmations that reinforce the achievement
                   of your goal.  Not “I will” or “I can” statements, but “I am” statements.

                   “I weigh 160 pounds,” “I am a 6 handicap golfer,” “I am a million dollar
                   producer.”

                   Then go into action.
