Development and Implementation act as the third phase in the system development process. The
prototype for the system was created and shown to the stakeholder to find out whether or not the
current developed system fulfils their requirements. The testing phase acts as the fourth and last phase
in the system development process. This stage involves all stages of SDLC phases. After the
development phase of the system is completed, testing and evaluation need to be done to ensure the
system features function correctly. This process is important to obtain verification of the developed
system and to ensure it meets all the user requirements. This phase helped determine any of the errors
occur in the system.
Result and Discussion
The result of this EMS is analyzed using User Acceptance Test (UAT). UAT is a level of testing where
a system is tested for acceptability (Uddin & Anand, 2019). Table 3 shows the roles of the users and
their descriptions. Three roles in this system are Assessment and Examination Committee
(Administrator), Lecturer, and Examination Unit.

Administrator Manage staff, course, and announcement.
Lecturer Submit examination paper through EMS.
Examination Unit Check and control the flow of the vetting process for the examination paper.
UAT results for lecturer, admin and Examination Unit are important to ensure the EMS follows the
process and steps of vetting the examination question papers. There are seven (7) test cases as shown
in Table 4. The test cases come together with two (2) expected results which are pass or fail.

The ability to conduct the examination paper vetting using an examination management system can be
measured through time, manpower and place when vetting can be done according to flexible time. The
importance of vetting has been underlined in the literature, and skipping this step typically results in a
poorly designed question that may be seen on item analysis. Vetting sessions are not only used for
