screening questions towards technical and language problems but vetting is also used to generate the
content-related validity of assessment questions. Content validity sessions, on the other hand, include
gathering a group of topic experts and briefing them on the assessment's aim, program modules, and
learning outcomes to assess the content validity of the questions and measures. Even though most
institutions do not believe this procedure is practical, using an examination management system as an
alternative can benefit the examination team, whose role is to review the examination questions for
technical and language compliance as well as content considerations. This makes the inspection
process a serious assignment for each faculty member on the inspection team, particularly those tasked
               with implementing outcomes-based education (OBE).

                                                       Conclusion
Examination Management System is a system that provides a flow of vetting procedures for
examination papers. Although the live vetting is held outside the system, the system helps the process
of vetting management before and after the live vetting session. With complete elimination of
paperwork, enables the users of the Examination Management System to use the form provided in the
system. The past examination paper will be kept in the archive section for the lecturer to use as a
reference. This project helps staff to be more efficient in managing their time. The Examination
Management System also allows the admin to monitor the progress of each lecturer. Admin can notify
the lecturer through the announcement. Thus, this helps to manage the efficacy of the vetting process.

                                                     Acknowledgement
The authors would like to thank the Academic Committee of Melaka International College of Science and
Technology (MiCoST) for the financial support.
