participant is required to open their camera during the class session.
All material for classes especially courses broachers, slides and handouts are given via google drive
direct link, pocket data or QR Code that are published in the INTAN Digital Training Information and
Management System (DTIMS). Examples of the links are as follows:
a. Google Drive Link for Course Slides (Normally is published in Group WhatsApp)
b. QR Code for Course Program
As such, the change forces in INTIM operation can be illustrated by the following diagrams:

A. Resistance to Change
There are two sources of resistance to change in INTIM. These sources are:
i. Individual Sources of Resistance to change
In INTIM, there are issues related to resistance to change especially during the introduction of online
classes using Google Meeting and Zoom Meeting among lecturers who are conducting the technical
type of courses such as finance. However, after several series of Continuous Training Education
(CTE) and an online Webinar using Zoom Meeting Application related to tips and techniques of
online learning, the resistance has been successfully overcome.
ii. Organizational Sources of Resistance to change
The organizational source of resistance to change that happened in INTIM is similar to group inertia
when some participants (government servants) are reluctant to participate in online courses but prefer
to attend a physical and yet risky face to face courses. These participants always give a low mark for
evaluation when it comes to online classes.
