iii.  Overcoming Resistance to Change

               Like  what  has  been  highlighted  in  individual  sources  of  resistance  to  change  section  (Para  D,
               subsection i), the resistance to change in INTIM involved the reasoning and reluctance of lecturers to
               use the online class as the medium of teaching. During MCO, INTIM through its headquarters has
               introduced an online learning system using Google Meet and Zoom Meeting. Series of training such
               as  Continuous  Training  Education  (CTE)  and  online  Webinar  on  how  to  use  online  systems  for
               teaching (Zoom Meeting) has been organized to assist and train the employee on how to use online
               platforms for teaching and learning.

               B.  Organizational Change Approaches
               Organizational  Changes  in  INTIM  involved  operational approaches changes that  are  elaborated  by
               using Kotters Eight Steps Models as follows:
