administrators) or participants.
Recommendation
It is recommended that to find the effectiveness of organizational changes in INTIM, the following
study should be conducted:
i. A quantitative study among participants of online training and courses offered by INTIM to
identify the level of satisfaction from online training methods during the outbreak of
COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.
ii. A quantitative study among trainers and lecturers of INTIM to identify the effective use of online
training and courses in their training service delivery during the outbreak of
COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.
Conclusion
One of the benefits of the outbreak of the COVID-19 Pandemic is, it encourages organizations to
explore more on other beneficial ways for sustaining their operations when there are challenges to
operate. Online training and courses have become one of the important options of communication
channels for INTIM to deliver its training services. Regardless of places, now everyone can
participate in training and courses offered by INTIM. The process of undertaking the online classes
have opened the eyes of every employee and training participant of INTIM training programs to
understand that, it is not about the challenges that we were interrupted with, but it is about the way we
handle the challenges and how we value the process to be better. It is all about a continuous learning
process toward better.
