                        •Provides a safe space for staff and physicians to obtain support and
                          resources as needed in dealing with rights and issues in the
                          workplace.

                         TAHSN Occupational Health Collaboration



                        •To ensure the well being of hospital workforce and collaborate in
                          best practices and policy across the healthcare sector.



                         Trauma Informed Workplace Investigation



                        •To create a “trauma informed approach” in workplace
                          investigations and awareness of the impact of the investigation
                          process.




                        Schwartz Rounds



                        •To share experiences and understand different perspective and
                          complexities of working in health care.
