2026 Goal: As our most precious resource, we will nurture the
growth and development of our staff, so that our people feel
supported and empowered to achieve their personal best. We will
nurture a strong sense of community, visible in tight knit teams
with space that enables connection and recognition of people’s
strengths and achievements. We will create physical and cultural
environments that flexibly support creativity, teaching and
learning, so that people flourish.
Strategic Objectives
• Create opportunities for leaders, physicians, staff and
volunteers to connect to purpose and mission and to
demonstrate this in their day to day achievements
• Protect time for leaders and teams to connect, contribute and
embed co-design with staff, volunteers, learners, and physicians
into all initiatives
• Empower and support individuals to achieve meaningful
individualized professional development plans
• Create a robust multi-year onboarding approach that engages
and orients new hires to our organization and culture
• Robustly recognize individual performance, contributions to
purpose, and strengths
• Ensure everyone can find a sense of belonging where they can
bring their authentic selves to work and be supported to be
successful through supports that meet their individualized
needs
• Invest in technology and process improvement to create a more
engaging workplace that will improve workflow, collaboration
and efficiency
