scan shows fluid in the distended stomach. The gastric wall measured 0.42 cm between the calipers. (e) The jejunum was distended
proximal to the obstruction. Fluid could be seen moving to and fro without progressing through the intestine. (f) The duodenum was
distended with fluid. Calipers are placed to measure the adjacent pancreas.
