O.  HAWK   POSTURE    (YAO)
                     With  your  right  palm  in  the  center,  walk  the  circle  (Fig.  404).
                      Begin  the  Single  Change by bringing your  left foot toed-in beside
                      your  right  foot.  Then  toe-out  your  right  foot  and  extend  your
                      right  arm  with the  right  thumb pointing  down.  Again  toe-in  your
                     left  foot  near  your  right  foot  and,  simultaneously,  take  your  left
                     palm  on  a  diagonal  line  upward  from  under  your  right  forearm.
                     After  stretching your  left  arm  as  far  as  you  can,  turn  it  clockwise
                      and  thrust  it  back  under  your  left  armpit  to  the  rear  (Fig.  405).
                      At  the  same  time,  raise  your  right foot  beside  your  left  knee,  and
                      shoot your right hand,  palm up,  out from under your chin as  your
                      torso  bows  slightly  (Fig.  406).  Next,  put  your  right  foot  down
