center.  This  is  a  speedier  Single  Change  than  the  one  you  have
                                                                                           learned.  But  the  Snake  Posture  eschews  the  final  toe-in.  As  you
                                                                                           thrust  backward  with  your  right  palm  under  your  armpit,  turn
                                                                                           your  right  toes  to  the  right  and,  turning  your  left  palm  upward,
                                                                                           extend it as your right hand, palm down,  is carried to a point near
                                                                                           your  forehead  (Figs.  381-382).  Now  you  simply  walk  the  circle
                                                                                           with  the  left  hand,  palm  up,  in  the  center  (Fig.  383).  Kuo  liked
                                                                                           this  method,  but  often  called it Pai  Hao  (Stork).  The  name is not
                                                                                           important,  the technique is.  So  learn  it well.
