                   take your  left hand palm  up  over your right,  toe-out your  left foot
                                                                                            as you again  twist  your  right  arm  under  your  left  triceps  (Fig.
                   (Fig.  354).  Go  forward  and  toe-in  your  right  foot  as  your  right
                                                                                            357-358),  take  your  right  foot  up  to  your  left  and  suspend  it  at
                   arm  stretches  to  its  fullest  extent  (Fig.  355).  Your  back  is  to  the
                                                                                            the  ankle,  while  your  torso  stretches  leftward.  Finally,  swing
                   center.  Next  move  your  left  foot  backward  and  turn  the  toes  as
                                                                                            back  to  the right  and  stretch  your  right hand into  the  center grad-
