Q Is DFDS looking
into renewable energy A
for the future? Yes, we are looking at possibilities for future builds. There
are no plans to retro fit D or C-Class with scrubbers although the
installation of scrubbers on some of our other vessels has proved
positive. We are working with other companies with potential LPG
options. We have invested in a company that develops biofuel, for
example, but it is not ready for the channel yet.

cars on the road today, A
would DFDS consider Yes we will absolutely consider
charging points for cars? this option. We need to follow the
MCA guidelines however, and are
awaiting their advice in regards
to the safety matters surrounding
charging points.
