           like other top companies    We do have a dedicated Social Media Team but
           have whose sole job is   they are not 24/7. Social media contact is taken
           to answer questions on   up by the Operations staff in Dover (after hours)
           Facebook/Twitter 24/7?   to keep passengers updated on traffic delays and
                                    service matters, so we do believe we are quite
                                    engaged with our customers through these channels.
