those banana peels and ice patches. Bad things
happen when people don’t pay attention. Stay alert.

Never rush. Haste makes waste.
While most of this book is going to
recommend things, you can do to help you enjoy a
happy and successful financial life, we should
spend a few moments to discuss avoiding pitfalls.
Because you can do most everything that’s right in
terms of providing for your success, but there are
some mistakes that people make that can interfere
with or delay their success. This chapter will
suggest that point number three is to avoid the
pitfalls. Avoid the dangers that can appear at any
