It is almost too
difficult to
comprehend
and appreciate the level of stupidity that underpinned
this advert.
It gives new meaning to the term ‘jumping on the band-
waggon’. Moreover, is it enough to high-jack a social
movement whilst glorifying a celebrity through actions
that stretch credibility beyond belief?
The best that may be said about the ad is that Pepsi
responded quickly and withdrew it. But it still leaves the
question about the vetting process of the ad prior to its
launch.
