                         experienced lasted only about 20 minutes and only

                         affected a small number of customers, and that the

                         app and internet banking had been fixed on Sunday

                         night.


                         However, customers still claimed that they were

                         unable to log into their internet banking accounts,

                         unable to transfer funds and unable to make
                         payments. The bank responded that these were only

                         “intermittent problems” whilst TSB’s parent company

                         Sabadell announces on its website that it has
                         “successfully competed the TSB technology

                         migration.” In any event the regulators wanted to

                         know more about a potential data breach.
